Kit - Rigid Heddle Weaving - "Ribbed Stripes" or "Big Plaid" LIMITED EDITION
Special Gift Boxed LIMITED EDITION 65 Roses-Natural Dye
Rigid Heddle Weaving Kit
I had a small stash of natural dyed Jorie II silk yarn. Treenway Silks no longer has a natural dyer, so these skeins are very special.
We decided the make them a fundraiser for cystic fibrosis. And to make the kits extra special, they come in a lovely hand-made box crafted by artisans in India.
Our most popular rigid heddle scarf kits are both designed by the amazing Peg MacMorris. We couldn't decide which to offer, so we decided to supply the instructions for BOTH "Ribbed Stripes" AND "Big Plaid." That way you can decide which scarf to weave, when you are ready to warp your loom.
KIT
Your Limited Edition choice of "Ribbed Stripes" or "Big Plaid" Silk Scarf Kit makes one beautiful scarf and includes:

--Instructions for BOTH "Ribbed Stripes" and "Big Plaid" (printed on paper in black and white). You decide which scarf you want to weave after you have the kit in your hands.
--Color PDF of the instructions (this will come with your emailed receipt, from TreenwaySilks@gmail.com)

Scarf designed and woven by Peg MacMorris for Treenway Silks
“65 Roses®” is a term often used by young children with cystic fibrosis to pronounce the name of their disease.
Treenway Silks donates a minimum 10% of sales to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, in honor of Andrea's angels, to help find a cure for cystic fibrosis (CF). Since developing the 65 Roses® colorways in 2017, Treenway Silks has donated $50,000 through September 30, 2025—we appreciate your support as we work toward our 2025 goal!
