Handwoven Magazine Dark & Light Issue
The Handwoven May/June 2016 issue is themed "Dark & Light"
Treenway Silks is excited to have TWO projects in this issue using our silk yarns.
First, the lovely cover project (page 32-33) by Katie Allen, "Who Knew It's Huck?" scarf pairs Treenway Silks' Zola (12/2 silk, dyed #57 Raven Black) with Pepperberry Knit's DK Cashmere. to order Zola dyed black, click here
Also in this issue, first time contributor Ginger Kaldenbach, wove "Summer and Winter Silk Scarf (page 46-48) wove a 'gender neutral" scarf combining Alirio-Thinner (20/2 noil, dyed #57 Raven Black) for warp and tabby weft with Zola (12/2 silk, dyed#16 Sea Spray). We love how the stripes widen across the scarf.

note--as always, our postage estimate is high (we never know what size/shape the total items that your cart may contain, which affects shipping cost). If you're JUST getting the book, priority shipping costs to a US address will be $7.15. You won't see this when you check out, but after your package has shipped, a human (me) will finalize your "pending" credit card charge to reflect the actual postage cost.
