Treenway Silks Products Are Unique - So The Check-Out Price Is An Estimate
Our products are hand-made. Skein weights vary. So Treenway's online ordering is different. Your credit card is not processed until we fill the order. At that time we weigh your items and then re-calculate your price and shipping. We do not mark up shipping and we'll determine the most cost effective way to ship to you. Usually shipping will be less than the check-out estimate.
If the final price is too different from the check-out price we'll call you and let you know.

Ordering & Shipping Information
MINIMUM ORDERS – Silk Yarns & Ribbons
- We require you to purchase one skein per yarn or ribbon type – approximate weight per skein is indicated in product section. Full skeins cannot be divided. (For shorter lengths, we have mini–skeins of yarns in 10 yards and ribbons in 5 yards.
HAND DYEING: Silk Yarns & Ribbons
- Please allow 3–4 weeks for the hand dyeing of all yarns.
- Keep in mind that shipping times vary and is not included in the dyeing time.
- Visa, MasterCard, check, and money order.
- If you wish to pay by check or money order, please ask us for the total amount including postage and taxes (as applicable) in US dollars.
Credit card orders please note:
- Your card will not be charged until your order leaves us.
- You can feel safe when you use your credit card to make purchases on our site. We use 256-bit encryption on our web server, as well as encrpyt the email portion of your order.
- Or, have us call you for payment details — choose Call Me for Payment and we will phone you during business hours, Monday-Thursday.
- Parcels are generally shipped within 24 hrs of receiving your order (dyed yarn is the exception).
- USA – We ship US Postal Service using First Class (with tracking) or Priority (with tracking). Express (overnight) is available upon request. You can track your package on line--we send you an email with your tracking number and link once your package is in the mail.
- Canadian & International We ship US Postal Service using First Class (with tracking), Priority (with tracking). Express (overnight) is available upon request. You can track your package on line--we send you an email with your tracking number and link once your package is in the mail.
- Sales tax applies on orders to Colorado residents.
- Authorization is required to receive credit. Please phone or email us before returning any product.
- All returned goods must be sent via postal service only.
- All shipping is to be PREPAID.
- Credit or refund will be issued for all items which are RESALEABLE, less a 15% restocking fee.
