Ordering & Shipping Information

MINIMUM ORDERS – Silk Yarns & Ribbons

• We require you to purchase one skein per yarn or ribbon type – approximate weight per skein is indicated in product section. Full skeins cannot be divided. (For shorter lengths, we have mini–skeins of yarns in 10 yards and ribbons in 5 yards. See embroidery threads & ribbons.)

HAND DYEING: Silk Yarns & Ribbons

• Please allow 3–4 weeks for the hand dyeing of all yarns.
• Keep in mind that shipping times vary and is not included in the dyeing time.

PAYMENT

• Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check, and money order.
• If you wish to pay by check or money order, please ask us for the total amount including postage and taxes (as applicable) in US dollars.

SHIPPING

• Parcels are generally shipped within 24 hrs of receiving your order (dyed yarn is the exception).
• USA – US Postal Servcie (USPS)
  
• International We ship US Postal Service using First Class (with tracking), Priority (with tracking). Express (overnight) is available upon request. You can track your package on line--we send you an email with your tracking number and link once your package is in the mail. Canada & International We ship US Postal Service using First Class and Priority mail.

TAXES

Sales tax applies on orders to Colorado residents.

RETURNED GOODS

• Authorization is required to receive credit. Please phone or email us before returning any product.
• All returned goods must be sent via postal service only.
• All shipping is to be PREPAID.
• Credit or refund will be issued for all items which are RESALEABLE, less a 15% restocking fee.
